Our normal support hours are Monday - Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM Central.  

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due at the time order is placed.  Once orders are placed All Sales are Final.  Lazy Jane's Boutique does not accept eChecks as a form of payment under any circumstances.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipping UPS SurePost or Priority Mail and each buyer will be sent a tracking number.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

 - We will mail your item to the mailing address you have provided in your order.   Please check your mailing address when placing your order.

 - Delay of shipment or lost may occur due to the inaccurate information(s). 

 - Lazy Jane's Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.  Should an order be returned for an incorrect shipping address it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay to have the item reshipped.  Should an item be lost from incorrect shipping information, it is not the responsibility of Lazy Jane's Boutique to replace said item.

- Once an item has shown as "Delivered' through the online tracking system Lazy Jane's has no further responsibility to delivery of said item.

 

REFUND POLICY:

All Sales are Final due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.  

 

Lazy Jane's Boutique will not be responsible for ordering errors by the customer.  The monogram information is the responsibility of the customer.  All monograms will be embroidered in the letter order and specifications we receive in the directions and notes provided by the customer.   

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.  If you received  a damaged or defective item you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Orders can only be altered or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order due to the personalization of our products.  Once your order has been moved to processing we are unable to make any changes to your order.
